Am I eligible to apply? What information do I need for my application?

To be eligible to apply, you must:

  1. Have a valid UK bank account.
  2. Be employed
  3. Be a resident of the UK
  4. Be at least 18 years old

When applying you'll also need to provide us with the following information:

Can I apply if my credit rating is poor?

Yes. Poor credit status does not prevent you from borrowing from LOANEASY. Whilst, we will still check your credit file in order to verify identity, see recent borrowing history and performance, we mainly use a variety of criteria to evaluate each customer’s application. Importantly, if you have a regular job and income, then it would be give you a higher chance of getting approved.

Will I need to submit any extra paperwork?

Yes, we will need to see the proof of income. However, in most cases, we will be able to make a loan decision without additional paperwork. We need a recent pay slip within the last 30 days.

Why was my application declined?

We use a lot of factors to evaluate your application: credit report, identity verification, income and outgoing expenses, personal details verification and applicants does not meet some of the lending criteria, then the application may be declined. we will state the reason in the response email to you. Please keep in mind that Making lots of applications for credit in a short period of time will leave multiple footprints and may indicate to lenders that you are experiencing financial difficulties

When will I receive my loan?

In most cases, your application will be processed within 30 minutes from the time it has been received. Loan approval depends on satisfactory completion of identity, credit and affordability checks. If approved, funds will be sent to your bank account within 5 minutes of approval. Once you have completed a loan application, LOANEASY Finance will send you updates via email. We can transfer funds for successful applicants to any valid UK bank account with 5 minutes. Most banks will credit your account within an hour, but your bank should be able to advise you more precisely as to when it will credit your account.

How many loans can I take out at one time?

LOANEASY Finance has a policy of one loan per customer.

What are my repayment options?

You are borrow our loan for a maximum 6 months /repayments period (a repayment period represents 30days) We will always send a reminder email at least 3 days before each payment date.

How much can I borrow?

You can borrow up to £2500 but as a responsible lender, the final amount we can lend may be determined by outcome of our credit and affordability check.

Can you tell me if I will be accepted before I apply for LOANEASY Loan

No. Each application we receive is assessed on an individual basis taking a number of factors into account. We are therefore unable to offer an indication of whether or not your application would be accepted before you submit it. Please remember, if you apply, this will leave a footprint on your credit file.

Does LOANEASY Finance run credit checks during the application process?

Yes. As part of our commitment to responsible lending, we carry out credit and affordability checks on all applications submitted to us. This assists with fraud prevention and also ensures we only approve applications from people who we believe will be able to repay what they borrow. What is APR? What does it mean for me as a customer?

APR stands for Annual Percentage Rate is the amount of interest on a loan over an entire year. This is what you'll pay on top of the money you borrow.

Do I have the right to cancel or withdraw my loan agreement?

Can I still receive funds if my application is submitted and approved over the weekend? Yes. We process application 24 hours a day 7 days a week so if your application is approved on a weekend, your funds will typically be sent to your bank within 15 minutes after approval

What is the daily interest rate charged on a loan?

What are short-term loans and who should use them?

Short-term loans are designed to help you bridge the gap between paydays so that you can take care of any unexpected expenses. We will do our best to resolve your concerns by the end of the third business day after receiving your complaint.
